What are the benefits of Martial Arts training? 

Some of the benefits are improved physical and mental health, better coordination, agility, focus/concentration.  Students will learn to set short and long term goals.  They will learn self control while gaining self confidence.  Our ultimate goal is for our students to become better people who have found a harmony of mind, body and spirit.  We follow a code of conduct consisting of 5 tenets:  Courtesy, Integrity, Self Control, Perseverance and Indomitable Spirt.
